Greetings fellow agrarians, As we tap to the 2nd month of the year, I would like us to shake things up a bit... Please help me help you, by telling me and my team how we can add VALUE to you this year... - what kind of help you need? - why are you here? - what do you expect to get from this community?

As we close the year, let’s pause and reflect. We celebrate the good moments—the wins, the growth, the lessons that strengthened us. We acknowledge the tough moments too—not with regret, but with wisdom gained. Every challenge taught us something. Every small success proved that progress is possible. As we step into 2026, let’s do so with: - Gratitude for how far we’ve come - Courage to improve where we fell short - A proactive, positive mindset ready for new opportunities May the year ahead bring clarity, consistency, growth, and impact to your farms, your businesses, and your families. Thank you for being part of the AgriGroomers community. Wishing you a productive, prosperous, and blessed 2026. 🌾✨

You can use this format: Hey, I'm from __________________________________. I'm the _________________at/of___________________. My passion is / I love ___________________________ , and I look foward to ___________________________. Optional: Add your selfie or/and your workspace pics (let's keep it modest please 🥰). Remember: The more detailed you are, the better. It will make it easier to connect with other members. But most importantly, this is your space. @Fundiswa Mjobo 👋 Thanks for sharing your background. Your experience in both crop and livestock production is impressive, and it’s great to see your passion for growing in the field. Looking forward to learning and engaging with you here! 🌱

@Jeffrey Miller thank you for the intro. Do you provide such loans to start-ups? What about primary agriculture since the banks consider it to be high risk?

Hello AgriGroomers family, While the world is spending, you must be strategising. While others are slowing down, we are setting foundations. Let’s be clear: farmers and agri-professionals carry the economy, especially this season. December is not a holiday for visionaries — it’s a launchpad. This month is about two things: maximising income and positioning 2026 for dominance. December Mandate: SELL • PLAN • EARN 💰 SELL WITH INTENT Demand is high. Don’t sell casually — sell strategically. Package your best products, create value bundles, negotiate with confidence, and price your produce according to its worth. Your sweat has value — collect it. 🗓️ PLAN WITH CLARITY Use every quiet moment to think forward. What worked this year? What failed? What must change? Service equipment, refine systems, adopt better technology, and write the vision down. A planned farmer outlives seasons. 💸 EARN & PRESERVE Make money — yes. But more importantly, keep it. Discipline now determines how strong you enter the new year. A solid December cash position is the difference between surviving January and owning it. Don’t allow festive pressure to empty what your hands worked for all year. Let December fill your reserves, not drain them. 👇 Question for the doers: What is the one strategic move you are planning this month that will shape your 2026? In what month of the year do you work on your plan/strategy? #AgriGroomers #DecemberIsStrategic #FarmersWithVision #PlanNowWinLater #AgriLeadership
