What we’re doing differently in March This month, we will measure growth by deliverables, not by “I watched the class.” Every week, you will submit something you can point to like: - a sales post + caption - a pricing sheet - an offer description - a simple lead tracker - a landing page draft - proof of outreach (DMs, emails, calls) - a client proposal / service package Even if it’s not perfect, we move first, we refine after. 📌 This Month’s Plan (How March Will Run) Every Monday: Sprint Brief I will post one weekly focus with a clear task (simple and doable). Sales Track – outreach + follow-up + closing 2. Content Track – consistent posting + CTA + leads 3. Offer Track – package + pricing + positioning 4. Visibility Track – lives + collaborations + authority 5.
