how can i join the only bible study?

Hi guys! hope you’re having an amazing day! I have a question. Today one of my friends asked me that the Bible has been rewritten soo many times and why should we trust it when we don’t even know what’s true or not anymore? i’m fully christian but this question i couldn’t answer.
