Grief doesn’t begin the day you name it. Social anxiety doesn’t appear the moment someone diagnoses it. These emotions have lived in the body long before the mind learned their language. Your body has always been speaking.Through tightness. Through fatigue. Through restlessness. Through avoidance. Through heaviness. Through withdrawal. These aren’t weaknesses. They’re messages. And the real work — the quiet, courageous work — is learning to listen. Learning to trust your intuition even when the world tells you something different. Learning to honour the signals your body sends instead of pushing them away. Healing begins when you stop fighting yourself.
