Sourdough bread
I love experimenting with sourdough breads and starting to use the discard in other recipes. Had anyone tried this?

Not yet. Still learning how to make regular bread first but a woman at my church is going to be putting on a class teaching it soon😊

.micro greens
These are so easy to grow and so very nutritious. Perfect for the winter months and can be grown inside.

Garden is still giving
I am still growing greens in between the cold spells we get. Right now we will have 3 80 degree days this week. I will be planting more seeds in my greens house soon, will sprout some micro greens again. Is anyone else growing there food?
