🌸 Good morning, Fit Moms! 🌸 Today’s devotion came from Psalm 150:6: 📖 “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord!” If you woke up with breath in your body this morning, you have a reason to praise Him. Praise Him when you feel strong. Praise Him when you feel weak. Praise Him when you’re motivated. Praise Him when you’re not. Praise Him when life is going well. Praise Him when you’re in the middle of a storm. Even if you feel unworthy, praise Him.Even if you feel like you don’t hear Him as clearly right now, praise Him.Even if you’ve made mistakes, failed, fallen short, or feel downcast, praise Him anyway. Praise is not based on our feelings—it is based on who God is. As we move into our Daniel Discipline challenge, don’t worry about rushing to start. Seek the Lord about whether He is calling you to a 10-day or 21-day discipline and when He wants you to begin. Remember, our word for June is BLOOMING. 🌱 There is a difference between blooming and blossoming. Blooming is our obedience.Blossoming is God’s outcome. Our responsibility is to plant, water, pray, trust, obey, and remain faithful. God’s responsibility is the increase. 📖 “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.” — 1 Corinthians 3:6 Whether you begin your discipline in June and finish in June, or begin in June and blossom into July, don’t rush the process. Flowers don’t become beautiful overnight. They become beautiful through proper timing, sunshine, rain, storms, pruning, and growth. God is not asking us to be quick. He’s asking us to be faithful. Start small.Stay consistent.Stay committed.Stay connected. We’re learning that our job is obedience and God’s job is the outcome. So today, let’s keep blooming:🌸 Mentally🌸 Physically🌸 Spiritually🌸 Emotionally🌸 Relationally🌸 Financially🌸 Nutritionally🌸 Maritally🌸 Generationally🌸 Entrepreneurially Continue watering your gardens and trust God with the harvest. Let’s praise Him with every breath He has given us and trust that in His perfect timing, what is blooming today will blossom tomorrow.
