S2 L5 S3 - I did first half today... and will finish tomorrow... I feel tired now.. the movements felt good but my body tired moving through :D ... love feeling the spine and trunk movements... and really feel the difference from a year ago when I started... my hips, my spine, my trunk definitely made progress. I have a pain in my arm lately though.. I have no idea where it came from... I didnot cociously hurt myself...but I need to move carefully around my arm

L5 S3 for the first time... just coming back after a while of being sick, traveling, where I did some breaks sometimes... but now coming back.. .aiming 3 sessions a week and joining live at least 1 a week... the session went well... I was able to stay concentrated on the Movement... but I think I will feel it tomorrow... did all slow and concentrated...

session #3 barefoot break level 5 12.4. - slower again this month - but still keep coming back... and I felt really good swimming, went couple times with my kids, swimming 1 km and felt my body strong, many muscles working :) that is thanks to the comeback

February 7 sessions. Not great month. But I had some health issues which slowed me down. And stayed on track. That is good :) Looking forward to hopefully more sessions in March.

@Rodrigo Gallego session #5 Barefoot break 2 level 5... so happy to be working out agin... March is still a challenge for me - work load is huge... so I manage my walks but not working out... but I am not giving up. coming back and hoping to get few more sessions in March in... and it felt very good... all the moves in this part felt good and strong...
