What does trigger looks like in real life? Is there way to program ChatGPT or Cloude to do specific task at given time, or it is just a reminder for me when do activate specific proccess?

Hey guys, i just have one ganuine question for you all who know stuff about AI. I spend to much time on video editing!!! I am contemt creator in Self Improvement nieche, and my main focus is filming videos and investing into my own Self-Improvement journey. But the amount of time i just waste on editing vjdeos daily is crazy, and it destroys my whols rythm. Its long form videos (15-60min) and a lot of different things to be edited in video.. MY QUESTION is ; Do anybody knows ANY AI Tool that could actually at last just help me edit long form videos and and speeding up that process? If there is a way to get at last just part of that job done by AI, it would save me so much time...! Thanks!
