I’m thinking about creating a quick AI Summer Survival Kit for ADHD Moms... Especially for the days when the kids are home, the snacks are multiplying, everyone’s nervous system is one loud noise away from rebooting, and we’re still somehow supposed to run a business. 😅 I’m imagining simple prompts for things like: ✅ planning a realistic summer day ✅ helping with neurodivergent kid meltdowns ✅ finding low-effort kid activities ✅ choosing the minimum viable business task ✅ writing calm messages when we are emotionally cooked ✅ planning food kids will actually eat Not a full training. More like... “Here. Paste this. Breathe. Let AI help you get through the next 10 minutes.” Would this be helpful? I appreciate you. 🙏 P.S. Even though I'm using AI to survive my summer with kids home and building a business, it took her comment to finally nudge me toward this idea. 🤣 That's why everyone's comments are super helpful for all of us.
