Hi all, I seem to have hit a wall! I just don't know sort of what direction to go next. I think I am a bit disappointed that my women's expo didn't bring in leads, and then its hard without doing social (even tho I know there isn't much pay off for social). I quick through out an ad to see if I could capture some ladies in the area, but that's been slow as well. Sigh... that's all!

Just chatting with Clara and my focus this month is: Podcast guesting in the menopause / midlife space. I’m saying no to mass pitching and focusing on podcasts that serve women navigating menopause and midlife healing.

This weekend I had a table at the local Womens Expo. I dont know how many came through, but, a lot. They said it was the most people since Covid, so it was a lot. I think in the past it was 6-7 thousand. I handed out flyers, business cards, a QR Code to sign up for my Newsletter. I had about 150 bags I stuffed with my info. I wanted it to be more of a meet and greet feel, not "salesy" which it was. I think I am a little disappointed as I only have three new people on newsletter so far. I probably should have had them sign up at the table, but all i could envision was a bottle neck and missing women. I think I talked to every single person who came up, (im a NP who helps women with perimenopause, etc) I had many laugh, a few cry, lots of good talks. THere is always hope they will show up later!!!
