REPLAY - April Financial Review +
Today was the day I tracked my finances. If you didn’t join live, do it tomorrow or the next day. Just don’t skip it. This is one of those small habits that changes everything. At the end of the call, I shared how I’m using Claude to turn my spreadsheet into something I can actually see and understand. I run everything through spreadsheets so I can track what’s coming in and what’s going out. Every time I review, I catch something. Something to clean up, something to stop, or something to double down on. Here’s the simple way to make a Claude Dashboard for your spreadsheet data Open a new chat in Claude Upload your Google Sheet or a downloaded .xlsx file Hit return Claude will ask what you want to do Tell it: create a visual dashboard as a PDF or HTML artifact Add any extra instructions if you want multiple months combined Then ask it to turn this into a repeatable skill Save the skill Create a project called Monthly Finances Type / and select your saved skill Upload next month’s spreadsheet Watch what it builds for you I was going to share my skill, but it was made for me. If you want me to templatize it, comment below! If you’re working on April, start there. That’s your clean starting point. If you didn't do this live with me, tell me below when you’re sitting down to track April. And if you need a place to begin, use my spreadsheet template. I keep one for each income stream inside my brand, Burn Bright, Not Out: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1K3B-qnVkrFMkpRq0zbrQNdT-7sH-pFi3m1PI7kgsVdM/edit?usp=sharing This is easy work that can be hard to do, but it’s not optional if you want clarity in your spending and income.
