Hey all! I'm Nika and apart from my full-time job as an EU Project Manager and consultancy work, I'm trying to start a coliving and retreat space where I live in Granada (in a beautiful village called Monachil at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains -- http://tierranomada.co). My original idea was just to restore old houses and rent them out but then it evolved into a coliving, which is an amazing world I have only begun to become more familiar with last year. I had a magical time in Frilingue (French Alps, Switzerland -- https://coliving.frilingue.ch/) last year and one of the most memorable moments was reading a book in the dining area at night and falling into a beautiful and unexpected conversation with someone else who was also staying there. I love where I live: mountains, the seasons (although the winters are quite mild and sadly the snow only presents itself higher up in the mountains), flamenco, tapas, inviting people and traditional Andalucían architecture mixed with Moorish leftovers.
