I work as a Clearing & Forwarding Agent, helping traders move cargo between Tanzania, Zambia, and East Africa. *My priority here at Max Business School:* Learning digital marketing so I can serve my clients better and find new ones who need border clearance help. *My biggest question right now:* What's the #1 digital marketing skill I should master first as someone whose clients are importers/exporters? hi, its hard to answer your question without a bit more specification. exactly what part of digital marketing are you doing. are you selling landing pages? managing soc media account? creating funnels and automations? or something else?

@Hillary Lwitiko Focus on WhatsApp Business + lead capture, not ads. Your clients have urgent needs — they want fast contact, not content. Set up: WhatsApp (auto-replies, clear info) Simple page: “Get clearance help fast” Be active in Facebook trade groups Once leads come in, then test ads. Otherwise you’ll just waste money.

hi there. the renewal is not discounted. but you can migrate instead to a different hosting provider and pay low price like you did last time. but keep in mind that since 1 year has passed, you will need to buy the domain and this time, actually buy it as long as the new host does not have the free domain option

Hi there, I believe you are talking about hosting, right? While wordpress itself does not cost anything, hosting plan where you host wordpress costs some amount, If you want free hosting plan, you will need to host it on your computer. If you do that, your website will only be active when your computer is open. On top of that, you will not be able to get certified. What you can do is try monthly plans, they cost 4-8 dollars a month instead of 35 dollars upfront ( mind you that if you get monthly plan, you will need to buy domain name as well, which costs 2-10$ )

@Maeva Razafinjato hi, if you are hosting wordpress on your computer, that means no one will be able to see it so you will not need any domain. you will have some random domain instead

Product before site
Hi scottmax business school, am Henry and I would like to say something. I think this is course is and will be advantageous forever but in the course we had to create a website before knowing the products to sell but i think we shouldn't we know our products to sell before making the website

hi, the issue with that is that most people don't know what they want to do. and so, we teach and ask you to create a website about anything you want. then, once you learn more about the industry, you can decide what to sell. it just takes a lot of time and knowledge to know what you want to sell and that can not be gained if you do not learn in the first place.
