Does anybody have good resources/tips to get a close to perfect/perfect math score?

So I was semi able to solve this but I chose the answer cloest to what the regression gave me and it was D. I'm just confused so if any of the pros could solve this be my guest. I did y2-0/x2-0 to find the value that make it equal -3.5 and then yeah hopefully yall understand it after that
