you guys do double dialing?

What is everybody's best way to get past the gate keeper got like 44% of pickups is a gate keeper that i cant go past or "the person is busy or not there"

Anybody has a good power dialer of a system to call faster, i just use hubspot now, but i feel like that can go faster then 100 dials in 7 hours
