We currently use Redtail but I have the same issue. I typically have to duplicate scheduling efforts with Calendly. I have a strong preference for Outlook but it is not used in my current environment. Like Kelsey I would also like to see if any one has any work arounds or uses an alternative calendar.

Identifying and Prioritizing: Setting clear goals helps to focus my time which brings me peace. By doing this I avoid being pulled in multiple directions as I have a clear intention for each day and project. Another way I've created peace and freedom in my day has been to declutter my desk and eliminate any stacks of papers, files, etc. We play classical music in the office and occasionally use candle to help bring in a peaceful aroma to further maintain a peaceful environment.
