Muffin style donuts, sugar free breakfast cookies. I’ve got more to do tomorrow. I wasn’t feeling the greatest today and I’m running low on peanut butter! 🫣 We also processed 5lbs of blueberries into jam! I haven’t bought jam from the store in over 3 years. Simple ingredients and I know what our family is consuming. #winwin

Sometimes all we need is a little lift me up snack to get through the rest of the day. Protein, fibre and dash a chocolate. My kids even liked a bit of it too!
Oats are great breakfast that offer fibre, zinc and a great carb to keep those kids full longer. If you add in yogurt and fruit, you’ve got a full meal that not only will keep them full but hit their protein and vit C needs too! What’s your favourite combo?
