Once you learn this, your value skyrockets — at work AND online. This one shift is why I went from making $11.25/hour… to 3 raises…to management roles…to traveling for tradeshows…to leading teams…to building my own business. Packaging your value is a superpower. This is a series where I share not so random thoughts on my mind every Monday to help prepare your hearts and minds to win the week. This could be about mindset, practical tips to implement into your business, actionable strategy to act on now, or anything in between. Nothing to buy, just straight VALUE. And the first thing on my mind this Monday is: There’s something I’ve seen over and over again in the last 6 years working with beginners online. Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy, dumb, or the business model is broken. They fail because they operate from LACK. Let me explain… Over the last 6 years I have discovered a simple yet powerful truth: 👉 If your content comes from fear, doubt, imposter syndrome, or confusion…You will repel the very people you’re trying to attract. This isn’t some fluffy nonsense about self development or being a “magnet” to money or even raising your frequency to “manifest” your dream life into existence. #bossbabeslay It’s practical psychology and it shows up in every DM, post, and pitch you put out. And up until now it’s been hard to explain but I have ALWAYS felt it… - When you’re unsure of yourself - When you’re trying to impress - When you're hiding behind perfection - When you sound like a copy of a copy You come from a place of lack and confusion… and guess what? Your audience is SMART. They know and more importantly they can FEEL IT… So what can you do about it? Stop trying to prove yourself.Start trying to help someone. When your content, your offer, and your story are rooted in usefulness, not credentials.. ..everything changes. I remember back when I first started, you needed 1000 followers before ever posting a link... It forced us to show up from a place of service... And ultimately, it forced us become the person we needed to be before ever asking someone to buy something!

Last Thursday night was wild. My wife and I grabbed dinner before bowling league. We'd just left our oldest daughter's volleyball game. I made a $600 sale there so I was feeling good. But then something crazy happened at the restaurant... We're sitting there eating at our go to spot when I overhear this conversation at the next table... This woman is talking about her business and how she moved to Jackson Wyoming near Yellowstone and started delivering luggage to tourists. She lived in a trailer and was basically on "call" 24/7... Her first year? Over $500k in profit. I almost choked on my food when I heard that. She paid off all her debt. Built a massive savings account. Did all the things we dream about doing. But here's the catch... She worked through the night for an entire year. Barely slept. And hustled like an absolute maniac. Now look... I respect the hustle. I really do. This woman is clearly built different. She's relentless. She's a go getter. She knew she was meant for more than your basic punch a clock collect a paycheck type of lifestyle... But man. That sounds exhausting. And it made me realize something important. Opportunities are everywhere right now... Like seriously everywhere. But they're really only for a certain type of person. The slightly crazy ones. The ones who know they're capable of more. Here's the good news though... You don't need to work anywhere near as hard as that lady did... You don't need to sleep in a trailer... You don't need to sacrifice your entire life for a year or live of rice and beans... This is the first time in history that regular people have an actual advantage. Technology has leveled the playing field completely and the internet it your ticket to reaching people on a mass scale without having to live in a trailer outside the airport... Instead you can build real income in a fraction of the time WITHOUT destroying yourself in the process. Moral of the story: There are opportunities everywhere, BUT ONLY for the right kind of person. The ones who are willing to sacrifice a bit of short term pleasure for the sake of building a better future for themselves and their families...

So I shared this with my email list yesterday but wanted to make sure my community fam saw it too... On Monday my wife decided we needed groceries. Of course she did. Here's the thing though... She was about to take our three year old. Just the two of them. You know what that means... A toddler running wild while she tries to check the list. While she's comparing prices. While she's keeping track of what we're spending. That's not happening on my watch. So I went with her. I pushed the cart. I wrangled our youngest daughter. We spent two hours dodging other shoppers like human bumper cars. The bill came to $400. For what felt like three bags of food. When did vanilla extract start costing 27 bucks? Don't get me started on egg prices... Let's just say I'm glad we have our own chickens. But here's where it gets good... While I was staring at produce, my phone buzzed. Someone just bought my program. That's $2500 in my pocket. I didn't answer a sales call. I didn't have extensive conversations back and forth in the dms... I literally did nothing except debate between the organic JUMBO blueberries vs the normal size Then we get home. I'm unloading bags from the back of my Lincoln when my phone buzzed again... Another $2500 sale! I'm standing there holding 3 bags in the left hand and 4 in the right because obviously I have to get ALL the groceries in one trip. And my business just made five grand without me. That's when it hit me. This is what freedom actually looks like. It's not being chained to your laptop. It's not grinding all day to make a sale happen. It's being able to drop everything and help your wife. So she doesn't have to chase a toddler around the store alone. While your business keeps running in the background. And most importantly deciding on MY TIME... I didn't have to take an early lunch break or ask my boss for the day off or rush back to make sure I don't spend "too much time" away from the office... Most people think making money online means being online all the time.

If there is every any questions about someone sending you unsolicited DMs, 99.99% of the time it's someone trying to sell you something or scam you. If that happens please report them to myself or any of our admins so we can ban them immediately.
