Which oxyshred do you ladies drink ? What do you see it doing for you? Does it have the same effect as creatine? And is creatine a pre-workout? Someone please explain in details.
I've been home sick since yesterday, but I haaaad to get my workouts and run in, without hubby knowing. So I just lay in bed until hubby leaves then I get up drink my oxyshred and 💥 i get it in. shhh 🤫 But guys I'm sick for real tho, flu is killing me.
Morning all, I noticed that all Leg Raise exercises are not good for my belly DR. Its makes the separation worse by creating bulging. Anyone else experiencing that? Thanks
