Hey! I started last Thurs. I have been working on changing my diet completely and increasing water intake. I do need to work on balancing my meals better with proteins, fats and veggies, but at least working towards that this next week! I am drinking half my body weight but cannot get up to a gallon as my body probably needs to work up to that! I experience a lot of joint pain normally, and feel that my finger joints have less inflammation/pain then normal so thats a big win for me! I do have a question. I have cut down coffee to 1 cup a day (after 16 oz of water and after breakfast). Will that affect results? Thanks for the check in Karissa!
