Bio: My name is Elena, I am mom to Rafael (4) and Javier (7). I'm a school-based occupational therapist and live in Phoenix. I'm ready to thrive.

Bio: I'm a mom of two amazing (and exhausting) daughters, Amelia (5) & Emmy (4) and a pharmacist leader, eager to show up better in all parts of my life!

Bio: Officially in the 50 and Fabulous Club...about to be in the Empty Nester Club! Thanks to Strong Mom feel more amazing than I did at 30 and 40:)
