Introduction!
💃 Okay ladies, let’s get to know each other! I’ll go first! 👋 1. 🌎 Who am I, where am I from, and what do I do? I’m Michelle Argyris! Born and raised in Canada 🇨🇦, currently living in sunny Los Angeles! I’m an actress, entrepreneur, and founder of SheCode Academy, where I certify women to become breathwork facilitators. I’ll also be your personal cheerleader throughout these 10 incredible days! 🎉 2. 💃 What makes me unapologetically ME? I’ve lost my phone in the fridge, locked myself out of my house more times than I can count (despite having THREE spare keys 😂), and have a slightly concerning obsession with dulce de leche ice cream. And apparently, the most successful romances of my life have been on screen. 🤣 So if you’re a sucker for Christmas love stories, I’ve got another one coming out December 6th! 🎄❤️ 3. ✨ What brought me to She Breathes? I created this summit to expose women to incredible minds, perspectives, and healing modalities. But above all, to remind you that some of the greatest wisdom you’ll ever access is already living inside your body. My hope is that you don’t just leave with more information, but with an embodied experience of just how powerful you already are. 🤍 NOW YOUR TURN! 👇 🌎 Where are you joining from, and what do you do? 💃 What’s something that makes you unapologetically YOU? ✨ What brought you here, and what are you hoping to receive from these 10 days? And don’t be shy! Say hello to another woman in the comments. Let’s make some connections! 💕

I love that we all have squirrels! 🥰 It also makes me want to share what I mean with anyone who might not understand. Well, try to explain it, lol. You know when you're outside or near a window, chatting with someone, maybe telling a story or listening to theirs, and suddenly you catch a squirrel going wild out of the corner of your eye, acting like a total goofball? You can't help pausing the conversation (not maliciously, of course) to point it out: “Oh my gosh, look at that squirrel acting a fool!” You both laugh, and before you know it, the squirrel becomes the main focus for a while because it’s so entertaining that you almost forget to get back on topic. Squirrel moments 🐿️ are acceptance, and the best way I can describe what happens in my brain sometimes😆
