New SPs popping in when already manifesting one

@Patrick Leslie the SC one in the screenshot is only 3. It’s the 3 from Aidan’s most recent YT video. The SP one is also 3. I got a plan from Aidan and added a little bit of my own touch on that one as well. The first one I recorded on my own was a joint SC/SP one. It had 7 SC affs and 5 SP affs. I prefer to keep them shorter for meditation & overnight use but middle of the day stuff I’ll just do rampages and just rattle off however much my brain wants to keep going. The way I picked the affs was thinking about the things that were most triggering then simply just flipping it. For ex: I used to feel like SP would prioritize his friends over me so my aff for that is “I am always chosen and prioritized in love”

@Patrick Leslie haha don’t worry I don’t mind the questions. I realllyyyyy want to build on my consistency so I’ll label one as my nighttime tape and use that one for overnights and I’ll have the rest for whenever I want to use them. I’ll listen to whichever tape as I please I don’t really have a schedule as to which tape I listen to and when throughout the day
