PLANS to Share the Gospel
One of the greatest ways to grow in sharing the Gospel is to remember this simple acronym: PLANS 🙌🏾 P – Powerful QuestionsJesus often asked questions that opened hearts and caused people to think deeper. Questions create conversation, not confrontation. L – ListeningPeople don’t just want to be preached at… they want to be heard. Listening builds trust and reveals real needs. A – AccountabilityAs believers, we help one another grow. Sharing the Gospel also means walking with people beyond the moment. N – No OpinionNot every conversation needs our personal opinion. Sometimes the assignment is simply to point people back to God’s truth and love. S – SilenceDon’t rush every moment. Silence allows people time to reflect, process, and hear what God may already be speaking to their hearts. The Gospel spreads best through authentic relationships, intentional conversations, and Spirit-led wisdom. ✨ Sometimes the most powerful witness is not talking more… it’s listening better. I believe I’m good at listening and I could work on silence.
Finding Your Preaching Voice
Today's Focus: Preaching Styles & Authenticity You are not called to mimic, you are called to manifest who you are. Everything you have experienced, those you have been mentored by, the preachers that have been attractive to you are all for a reason. It is to help bring out the best you that exist. So be you. There are various ways God uses us to share his Gospel. Here are a few well noted styles. Different styles: - -- Teaching preacher - -- Prophetic preacher - -- Storytelling preacher - -- Celebratory/hooping preacher Training: - How to identify your natural voice - How to grow without becoming someone else SPARK YOUR FLAME: “Describe your preaching style in ONE sentence”

SMILE 😀 Speaking Opportunity
One of my clients posted this is our community and I wanted share in case anyone else was interested in the speaking rep and opportunity. It’s NOT a preaching engagement, but it’s a way to spread some good news. (And if you’re interested in learning how to monetize free moments like this, drop a 🤑 in the comments) Dr. Smiley Ken Rochon hosts online speaking events all year long. Speakers are invited to: Share your joy and your smile, along with how it influences and impacts the world in which you live. Why I'm participating: • Practice speaking on a global platform • They provide YouTube clips of your individual talk. • They have a speaker site, and you can be listed FREE by being a guest speaker. If you sign up, just note DWIGHT RIDDICK nominated you. (I don't get paid for you speaking. They just keep track of nominations and increase my speaking time from 4min to 9min for the referral.) https://app.perfectpublishing.com/smileathon They may offer an upsell Package when signing up but know you can speak for Free. Go get the exposure.

Hello everyone, my name is Rev. Dr. Nicole Ellis. I serve at Gethsemane Baptist Church in Newport News, Virginia. What excites me about ministry is finding creative ways to share the gospel to others.
