Hey girlies! Sunday mini training going down, this is your chance to ask me anything! Fitness, nutrition, mindset, hormones, gut health, ask away! Comment your questions here and I will respond on our call Sunday ❤️
I already have magnesium (I have a bisglycinate & citrate powder) and a creatine powder but I’d like to get into the better habit of adding them into my day/routine. Can I take both at the same time? Is there a better time of the day to take each of them? Can I add the creatine to my Good Protein I make into a pudding in the mornings at my morning break at work? (Shoutout to your girl Allison for introducing me to that with idea with ShakeO years ago!) And I don’t know if I’ll stick with the creatine I have when I’m done the container I have now so can you recommend one and preferably one that comes in a powder form? Thanks Fran!
Had some issues with the live but good thing I planned ahead and recorded it just in case! Here is the link to catch the Recording of the webinar "From Burnout To Balanced" like this post after you've watched it and let me know what stood out for you the most! 🤗💖 https://canva.link/i1aqou9ofajie2r
1. Whats best canned tuna or fresh tuna steak? 2. Can food intolerances change?Like things that used to cause issues but don't anymore. Can you heal your gut? 3. Protein snacks/ways to get in more protein? Comment as your watching to let me know if this was helpful for you and if you have any other questions you want me to respond too! :)
I finally got around to watching this, thanks Fran! In my head, I have a tendency to over complicate things sometimes and make it more difficult than I know it needs to be. 🤷🏼♀️😑
Hey girlies! I apologize for not posting this Wednesday, I had a loss in the family ❤️ But here is the thread for you to ask your questions and I will pop in tomorrow at 3pm to answer them on a live call 🥰
My question is what would you do/how would you handle missing a few workouts in a row? Depending on how far along you’re in do you just pick up where you left off and continue to follow the schedule? In my brain it’s sometimes hard for me to not start over because I’ve missed too many workouts (and just because I started the program)
Found this online and I laughed because I'm not crazy, chicken and hummus is a thing!! hahah Also found some fun recipes for you to try! https://sweetpeasandsaffron.com/high-protein-snacks/
Chicken wouldn’t be my first choice to eat with hummus, I would usually choose a veggie or sometimes I’ll use plain rice crackers but it sounds like it could be good! And thanks for the link, I had a brief look but a lot of the recipes sound good!
