I’ve been listening to subliminals all this last week and last night was the first time had a nightmare listening to them and got woke up out of dead sleep and had a dry mouth . There was Alot of people I knew including my sp and and my ex .. my ex was getting beat up by others I didn’t know . Which was really off the wall . I found myself having a hard time getting back to sleep after shutting off the subliminals . Woke up and have had negative thought about my sp all day
