Working on daily movement, 8000 steps/day, strength training, inositol, and high-protein/fiber diet - but it's really hard for me to eat enough of anything (I've been restricting for so long) and especially enough of both. (Vegetarian/Pescetarian diet). Meditation and breathwork before bed - but I'm a terrible meditator! Some psychotherapy and also astrological attunement. I've also recently had some genetic sequencing done to get a sense of my predispositions. My current PCP in a rural place is not really on board with functional medicine - and I've had much better results with functional medicine practitioners at earlier stages of my life. My labs are all "normal" 🤪

Highest Signal = Adrenal/Cortisol (20/30), which I've asked my PCP about and have had brushed off. Insulin Resistance = 11/15, though I already eat in ways that really support this based on a PCOS/PMOS diagnosis decades ago. I also know that my hsCRP tends to be higher than it should be. Thyroid = 10/15, and I haven't been able to get my PCP to run the full panel. Moderate signal around sex hormones, but I'm 46 and perimenopausal, so that's to be expected. Gut seems ok.
