I write to know what I think
Get a pen and a piece of paper. In the center of the paper, write the word Freedom. Draw a circle around it, and jot down any thoughts, feelings, and associations that you have about the idea of freedom. Record these thoughts by drawing a circle and writing one or two words inside the circle. Connect related ideas by drawing lines between them. Let your ideas branch out in every direction. Write down the ideas as quickly as you can until no more ideas come into your mind.

Practice Freedom
Abandon theories, logical systems just practice active love. Love is not a state, not a feeling but an active frequency of creation itself. Freedom comes through love. Be aware and stay in that frequency, bring it in your behavior, activities, emotions, thoughts and state of existence. Breathe in air.. breathe out anxiety Breathe in air.. breathe out fears Breathe in air.. breathe out doubts Breathe in air.. breathe out negativity Keep breathing in and out .. until you have nothing left to breathe out. Letting go is the exercise to freedom.
