Closing This Skool
Hi friends 💛 After some thoughtful reflection, I’ve decided to close this Skool community. I’m shifting my focus toward my personal art practice and growing my in-person painting events in this next season. Thank you so much for being part of Paint for Joy and for sharing your creativity here. It has truly meant a lot to create alongside you. I hope you keep painting, experimenting, and making space for creativity in your life. With gratitude, Nicole

New Format for the Membership
Hi friends. I want to share a little shift happening inside Paint for Joy. Instead of hosting our sessions live on Zoom, we’re moving to a replay-based format with beautifully recorded painting videos. That means you’ll still get step-by-step guidance — but now in a more polished, easy-to-follow format without the raw Zoom pauses, tech hiccups, or background noise. You’ll be able to press play anytime, paint at your own pace, pause when you need to, and come back whenever it fits your schedule. My heart has always been about making creativity accessible and enjoyable — and this feels like a way to make your experience even smoother and more supportive. Thank you for growing with me. I can’t wait for you to see what’s coming next. 🎨✨

Let's Do This Together! #the100dayproject
Choose the smallest version of your project that still counts. Write a clear commitment: “For the next 100 days, I will…” Make it something that will still be doable on an off day. If you can do it in just a few minutes, you’re on the right track. FIND YOUR ANCHORS Decide when and where this project will take place in your life. For example, a time of day a physical spot or another habit you’ll connect it to FOR YOUR PROJECT TODAY Treat today like a warm-up, especially if you’re starting something new or returning after a break from making. Start to notice what feels good and what doesn’t. Let your observations guide your next step—don’t judge this one.

I teach art as an invitation to exhale, using creativity to calm the nervous system and reconnect with joy.
