Transform Your Dreams into Reality: The Power of Daily Action
**You Can Create Anything When You Take Daily Action** Achieving big dreams and goals can seem overwhelming, but the key to success is taking small steps every day. Rather than waiting for the perfect moment, doing a little bit each day helps you build momentum and make steady progress. It's not about making huge efforts all at once, but about being consistent and persistent. When you take daily action, you create habits that make progress easier over time. This daily commitment helps you overcome fears and perfectionism because you're focused on making progress, not being perfect. Each small action adds up, leading you closer to your goals. **3 Action Points to Solidify the Learnings:** 1. **Set Small Daily Goals:** Break your big goal into small, manageable tasks you can do every day. This makes the overall goal less intimidating and more achievable. 2. **Stay Consistent:** Make a commitment to take action every day, no matter how small. Consistency is key to building momentum and making steady progress. 3. **Focus on Progress, Not Perfection:** Don't wait for the perfect moment or worry about doing things perfectly. Just take action and keep moving forward.

I find I rarely have a day where I can "just work". Working from home and also being a full time carer, I have the few hours a day my son is out of the house to work uninterrupted plus I get distracted by other chores. I often feel like I can't get stuck in. So I've been working hard to be super focused on my why and goals (they've been vague in the past), I've found it enables me to feel satisfied that I've moved my business a step further each day and that's motivating.

Mine is working from home. It definitely interferes with my "work day" mindset because I get distracted with other tasks. Also I think family members think I'm here to just be "mum" and people think because I'm home I'm always available for a cuppa and chat! But it's convenient because I'm also a carer so need to be here for my son. I've been better at boundaries and saying no, and I do have a separate office. I'm also awaiting a big op which will hopefully be in the next month or so, so I feel like that's been holding me back. I'm actively working on building this business but can still feel myself holding back a little.

@Jason Benson Thanks, great advice! And you're right re seeing the tangible results. At the moment I'm recording my online program, working on branding and marketing whilst still being fairly new to coaching, and training in new modalities. I'm coaching a couple of people for free in exchange for feedback too. So I think I'm the one who can often feel like a fraud, that I'm playing at this business and I know that if that's the energy I'm putting out, that's what I'll get back from others. So yes, constantly working on the mindset that this is a real job. Structuring my day will be easier once my son's back out of the house again after the summer break (if you can call it that in the UK! Worst summer we've had in years 😩) and I'm over my op which is 6 weeks recovery (but I'm planning on milking that for all it's worth and letting everyone else take the reigns 😂).
