Get Your Database to 500 THIS WEEK!
Agents wonder why their income is inconsistent. Then you look at their database and it has 87 people in it. That's why. Here's how to get to 500 this week. 87 people won't get you to $250K consistently. 500 will. Most agents add people so slowly they never hit critical mass. So let's speed this up. Method 1: The Past Client Audit Go back through every deal you've ever closed. Every buyer, seller, both sides. Now add their family members, the referral source, the other agent, the lender, the title rep, the inspector, the contractor. One deal = 5 to 10 people. If you've closed 20 deals, that's up to 200 people right there. Done. Method 2: The Social Media Sweep Open Facebook. Scroll your friends list. Anyone you'd actually message in real life... add them. Do the same on Instagram and LinkedIn. Here's the rule: if they're connected to you digitally and they'd recognize your name, they go in. No overthinking it. One hour = 100 to 200 additions. Method 3: The Life Inventory Grab a piece of paper. Set a 60-minute timer. Write down every person you've interacted with in the last five years. Every job. Every school. Every neighborhood. Every gym, church, club. Parents from your kid's activities. Your doctor, dentist, lawyer, accountant, hairstylist. Contractors you've hired. The person you sat next to on a plane and actually exchanged info with. Two focused hours = 150 to 300 people. Do all three and you'll hit 500+ before the week is over.
