Biggest takeaway: Wow I had know idea that so much went into getting funded!! So much to learn! I have a lot of steps still to complete! I’m afraid I won’t know how to proceed.

My biggest takeaway is that using business credit and credit cards is very powerful in REi. I am a hands on learner and will learn best by doing. I was told to try to find the funding first before the property, but when I inquired about funding before the property I was told to find the property first. I like to have everything set up first before pulling the trigger so everything will fall into place. Funding is a big part of that planning I’d like to understand this well.
