Bio: Lifetime of struggles with my weight. Have reached goal via BS Academy, now maintaining. Want to live my best life, optimise my health for older age.

Bio: I live in Bournemouth UK, have two children, a husband, work full time (Finance Manager) and also a Tropic ambassador. Busy but changing focus to ME.
