Who needs a "KEEP GOING" Bracelet? Message me with your address and what color you like and I will send you one. If you need a few to pass out also let me know and I will send you a few. If you have no idea what a keep going bracelet is let me share my story with you: On May 8, 2023, I found myself at a crossroads. As a mom of four who had lost her way in addiction, I woke up that morning knowing something had to change. I didn't make some grand plan that day - I simply made one promise to myself: today, I would keep going. During those early days of recovery, I needed something to keep my hands busy and my mind focused. I started making bracelets - not because I was particularly crafty, but because it gave me purpose during the moments when cravings and doubt were strongest. Each knot I tied became a tiny victory, a moment of choosing hope over darkness. I wore that first bracelet everywhere, a simple reminder on my wrist that I just needed to keep going, one moment at a time. People started asking about it, curious about its meaning. So I made more. As I shared these bracelets, something unexpected happened - stories began to flow. Stories of struggle, of hope, of people just trying to keep going through their own battles. The turning point came after I had made hundreds of bracelets. A friend invited me to the Jennifer House for a support meeting, and I brought my bracelets to share. The women's faces lit up as they chose their bracelets. The following week, I was practically mobbed at the door by the same women - they were actually happy to see me. This was new for someone who wasn't used to people being excited about my presence. These women had shared the bracelets with friends in their outpatient groups, and more were requested. That's when I realized this was something bigger than just passing bracelets from one person to another - we were passing along hope, tangible reminders that we're never alone in our struggles. What started with one bracelet has grown into a movement that distributes over 300 bracelets monthly. But more importantly, we've built a community around these simple reminders to keep going - a place where people gather daily to support each other, share victories and challenges, and remind each other that all we need to do is keep going.

I would love a few of these to share with my friends who are recovering their selves.
Introduction Time!!!
Welcome to the Keep Going Movement! I'm Lynn Ellen, and my recovery journey began on May 8, 2023. To say the last seven years of my life before that were messy would be an understatement. I went from being a housewife with four children and a busy schedule to losing everything to crack cocaine addiction. But that's not where my story ends - it's where my mission began. During my early recovery, I found myself making a simple bracelet with two words that kept pulling me through: "Keep Going." Every time I looked down at my wrist and saw those words, they gave me the strength to push forward, no matter what challenges I faced. Today, I'm a proud mom rebuilding relationships with my four children, including my oldest who didn't speak to me for three years but now has an amazing relationship with me. I get my hair done every Monday (because self-care matters!), and I hand-make and distribute over 300 "Keep Going" bracelets monthly to people who need that same reminder that kept me going. My style is boho, my heart is full of hope, and my mission is clear: to share the message that recovery is possible. I might have seen the darkest sides of addiction, including violence and loss, but I choose to focus on the light of recovery and the promises that come true when you just keep going. Through this community, I want to create a space where we can: - Support each other's recovery journeys - Share the power of the Keep Going message - Create and distribute bracelets to those who need hope - Build a movement of strength and possibility - Show others that recovery is possible Join me every morning for coffee and connection as we build this community together. Whether you're in recovery, supporting someone who is, or just need the reminder to keep going, you're in the right place. Remember, no matter what life throws at you, all you have to do is keep going forward. With hope and determination, Lynn Ellen Founder, Keep Going Movement www.keepgoingwithlynnellen.com

🌸 A Little About You: My Name Is Nichole I was born in Fresno California - Something that brings you joy: my children (that I still have to go back to court to see if I can get my custody back) - Any hobbies or interests: I like reading my Bible and any things that are related. I also just started posting videos of me reading the daily devotional from YouVersion Bible app and some of videos of prayers. 🌸 Your Recovery Journey: I’ve been clean from coke since I was in the hospital back in November of 2022-December 2022. I had a stroke and some white matter in my head. I was in an abusive relationships one after another. My longest relationship was with my sons’ dad who I left behind in my past. We were both together for almost 9 years. During my time in the hospital I had a feeding tube in my stomach which was the only way I could get my nutrients. I was transported to a different facility to learn how to do everything again like walking, taking, exercising, writing and eating. I stayed there from December 31, 2022-March 2023. Also during the time I had lost my baby boy who was 5 months old while I was in the hospital. He passed on December 23,2022. It’s been hard for me but I still have his siblings to be here for. I have 4 kids now and he was my fifth after 2 miscarriages and one abortion. After being released from the facility, I continued to have an addiction to menthol cigarettes, marijuana, pills and alcohol. Jesus set me free from my addictions and I’ve been clean since September 23,2023!! All Glory belongs to Him. Jesus the Christ and my children are what keep me going. I want to be a better person and parent for them and myself. 🌸 I was invited by a beautiful person named Lynn Feeney - What you hope to find in this community: people who don’t judge others and more importantly people who I can relate with. 🌸 Fun Fact about me is that I like to exercise and write. Thank you for sharing this group with me!!!
