First post but have been following this group and meaning to post for a while. I have been committed to reducing my screen time dramatically (outside of work hours) and reducing quick hits of dopamine. Today is day 8 where I’ve been largely successful. I have been reading a lot more, going to sleep much earlier, and no longer feel a surge of anxiety when I hear a ping or notification. It feels good to live more intentionally and look up at the clouds more often.
