Loan Calculator
Does anyone have a loan calculator that they can share? I am looking for one that I can use as a type of ledger and it will calculate any extra payments towards principal and what not. I need a way to track payments and also keep an eye on the remaining balance for when the balloon is due. Shoot one to me if possible! Thanks in advance! [email protected]

Section 8 Investments
Just got two more increases in, one for $1600 from $1350, and another for $1450 from $1150 🎉 That's an extra $550 a month, and I'm closing on 2 more new properties in a few days 💪 Gotta love section 8 👍

@Austen Baxter I put some of your lessons to action immediately and was able to roll some underperforming properties to section 8! The tenants applied, were accepted, and we are good to go! Immediate increase in cashflow for me, I am able to keep these good tenants, and I have checks in route to me starting November 1st! Thank you!
