I am glad that some of the visualizations during this meditation matched what I read in Jerry Sargeant’s book that I just finished, superhuman handbook, because I had just read the book but not yet gotten into practicing all his suggestions. And his were written as text with some pictures, example, Merkaba, and that column with the two discs above and below your head. So for one, I got to practice with this meditation building that structure and two, it aligned with something I had at least seen once so that it doesn’t feel like these are all just arbitrary designs, but they have some continuity from one master to another. So even though like someone else commented, the process goes fast and it’s hard to keep up with the visualization when you are first starting out, I could imagine that after some practice, it is very easy to make it real in my understanding. In my experience right now, it feels like just a creative visualization activity that doesn’t go anywhere, but I am hopeful that it becomes more substantial, efficacious, with amazing benefits as I practice and resonate with particular parts of it, maybe with all of it. Thank you for offering it!
