Stopped by one of my family’s warehouses the other day and noticed a vacant house across the street. Did some digging and come to find out there’s 16 to 19 properties under this one LLC. 12/16 all have tax liens dating from 23-25 All 12 of them seem to be vacant as of right now The 4 that dont have tax liens are vacant plots The other 3 properties I have not fully gotten into yet but looks like it is the same holding llc but not 100% sure yet so i have to swing back to that. Anyways, I am extremely green in this space and am extremely pissed I missed the summer school cut off due to being in the hospital. If any experienced operator would be interested in helping me scope this out or how to scope this out to see whether there is a deal to be made, I would not mind paying for the extra set of experienced eyes! I also wouldn’t mind partnering on a deal like this! (I have a full spreadsheet of the 16 properties as well)
