Just won 2 more properties from the land bank today. It's crazy how small wins stack up over time. A few months ago I was still figuring a lot of this out. Now we're consistently acquiring deals, building systems, and growing the portfolio. Grateful for the progress and excited for what's next. On to the next one. 🚀💪

What can I say other than… damn, it’s been a great week. Three months of trading Cayden’s strategy, and it’s finally all coming full circle. Hello all, I just learned today and wanted to share an unexpected update I received directly from the Saginaw County Land Bank (Verda herself). I was informed that moving forward, they will no longer accept or review applications from anyone who does not live next to or nearby the property they are trying to purchase. Because of that, my curents and future applications will not be reviewed under this new policy. Has anyone else heard about this change? Also, does anyone know if a Saginaw-based mailing address, virtual office, or local business address would make any difference, or do they strictly require the buyer to physically live nearby? I’m now trying to figure out the next best affordable land market where I can keep the risk low and continue offering seller financing. I’d appreciate any thoughts on nearby cities, counties, or markets worth looking into.
