Let's Connect!
Thanks to everyone who has joined and reached out so far – I really appreciate you being here. One of my hopes for this community is that it's not just a place to learn, but a space where we can genuinely connect to support and inspire one another along the way. As Ram Dass said: "We're all just walking each other home." One of our new members, Niamh, shared this with me today: "I feel that I’m constantly reading books, finding tips, using them for a while, forgetting them and then going back to ruminating/worrying/spiraling down dark paths about the world's cruetly. My hope would be that this group would help me to stick with something and finally make friends with my mind." I'm sure many of you can relate. And my response: "This is not a path to walk alone. Without support, it's easy to lose clarity, motivation and perpective." So, here's my invitation: To share a group post saying a bit about yourself, where your at and what support you would would like in achieving your goals. And then leave a 2 or 3 comments on other peoples posts. Let's say hello to each other! I look forward to hearing from you all!

@Brian Sesny Thank you for sharing Brian, I really like that ‘what I don’t know, I don’t suffer from’. The ‘don’t knows’ and uncertainties are often where I am caught, so this phrase is really helpful. I have not been able to sit with the clouds passing in the sky visualisation, but it’s something I will give another try. Thanks again Brian

@Bridgette Burnett Thanks Bridgette. I like that idea of trusting the blue sky is always there. I’ve been reading about Internal Family Systems and feel that analogy would work beautifully alongside it-Blue Sky/True wise self always present. Wouldn’t it be amazing if every time we saw the sky we could be reminded that everything will pass! As I mentioned in my original post to Richard, I feel I would need constant reminders (such as the sky to wink at me!) in order to remember to not get carried away with the worries. So lovely to be part of this group. Thank you so much Richard
