Free e-book for you. No catch!
Another creator on TikTok named Jonathan Acuña asked me to share his ebook with my community. He's been diagnosed with ADHD four times across his life: as a kid, a teenager, in college, and again as an adult, and he wrote a free 36-page guide called The Ultimate ADHD Guide For Kids and Adults. It covers a LOT: the three types of ADHD, executive dysfunction, the shame cycle, ADHD superpowers, routines and systems, assistive tools, nutrition, coaching, and more. One section that hit me was his framing of the "scientist mindset" which is the idea that managing ADHD isn't about finding The One Solution. It's about experimenting until you find the combination of habits, routines, and tools that work for YOUR brain and YOUR lifestyle. If something doesn't work, it's not a personal failure. It's just data. That's exactly the philosophy behind this community. He wants it shared freely, so I'm passing it along to you. The ULTIMATE ADHD Guide - V5 If you check it out, drop a comment and let me know one thing that stood out to you. Even just "downloaded it" is enough — I just want to know it landed somewhere useful.
