Hey everyone! It’s been a while. I hope everyone is having a good start to their weekend! Something exciting happened to me at the start of this month…I was reached out to by a Community Manager at Canva with an opportunity to be part of the Canvassador Program. If you’ve seen my content, you know Canva is part of what I create content about. So, when I received this email, I was honestly really skeptical about this at first. But, I did my research on the person who reached out and he was legit! (Plus, the email wasn’t looking sketchy 😅) I didn’t imagine someone like this happening to me at this time — especially while I’m in the process of launching my course on Canva — but I’m really excited about this opportunity. Nothing has been finalized yet but it’s already in the process. Just wanted to share with everyone!

I’ve been so intentional about planting my roots here in my city, so it meant a lot when a brand reached out to me to help create some buzz around their upcoming Movie Festival. Hello everyone, just popping in to share a win I’ve had this last couple of days. So as I’ve posted before about launching my course on canva, I opened my waitlist and so many people are showing interest in joining. So far I’ve sent my waitlist form to over 130 people out of that number, I have 42 sign-ups and 34 have joined the community I created on WhatsApp…I’m both excited and scared but it’s awesome to see that so many people are showing interest..and I got these results even without running ads yet. I can’t imagine the scale when I eventually run ads but this is what I’ve achieved so far and I wanted to share with everyone 🥹😊 Also, my following has grown to TikTok as well…last time I was at 600 + now I’ve gained over 200 more followers.

So if you saw my last “wins” post, I mentioned that I sent my waitlist form for my upcoming canva course to over 130 people and got 42 sign-ups and 34 who joined the WhatsApp community I created. Now I have sent about 200 people the waitlist form and I have over 60 sign ups and 67 in the community🥹 this is giving me a lot of motivation to keep going. Also, I’m almost at 1,000 followers on TikTok as well🥳 and getting a lot of engagement. I hope this can be a form of motivation to any who is also planning to sell a digital product or wants to build a community. This is your sign to start even when you are not fully ready and eventually things will fall in place😇
