Business license and permits
Does anyone know if I am in need of a general business license? I obtained it, but there is also a bunch of different forms to fill out, such as a Foreign LLC Registration. I am LEGIT good to start operating considering I filled the BOI, and the Proforma 1120+5472, only the annual report is left.

LLC Formation
Good day. Recently I opened and LLC in Delaware. I got my EIN a few days ago, also I submitted the BOI report, along with the ProForma 1120 + 5472 forms. Is there anything else that I need in order to start "operating" with my business? Are there any other forms that need to be submitted to the IRS or any other legal entity?

@Julio Duenas I wasn't waiting the third party which I used to open an LLC. I contacted the secretary of state via phone, and got it over the phone. About 10 days total.

@James Baker Pretty much I have to check if I need certain permits from the state of Delaware in dealing with Employment Agencies.
