WOW. Never saw this coming...huge news coming from the US. Anywhere Real Estate (who owns brands such as C21, BHGRE, ERA, Sotheby's, Coldwell Banker etc) has been purchased by Compass for $1.6B. This an interesting development...curious to hear from those with some of those Anywhere brands. Did you know about this prior to the announcement? What is the temperature in the room right now? Huge morning announcing and even larger shock to the industry, stock is up dramatically this morning, so the markets like it. I think Mark makes a good point wondering if they keep it all together or sell of parts of it. Lots of questions and little answers but its still early.
