hello! I did the Body Weight Cardio today, and did four rounds today. My son did it with me which was actually a blessing! This has been fun and uplifting so far. I need to work on waking up at 5am though because that has been a weakness.

If you constantly feed your mind fear, doubt, negativity, and comparison, you’ll struggle to walk in peace and purpose. But when you fill your mind with God’s Word, your perspective begins to change. Today, pay attention to what you’re allowing into your mind. Not everything deserves your attention. Protect your thoughts. Protect your peace. Protect your purpose. Reflection What is one thing that has been negatively influencing your mindset that you need to limit or remove?

Hit the gym at 6:45am, trying to get there earlier. Came home to find my children and husband doing a devotional. I am also 1 week sober. I had been clean for 3 years and slipped back end of last year. God is restoring and His grace has been over me. Its been a hard week but with God all things are possible
