@Josh Fraser that adults are like 8 year olds trapped in adult bodies and they are going to do and say as they please. You can’t control how other people act or think so worrying about things you can’t control causes extra stress. Basically it’s a mental tool to help stop focusing on others and focus on what you can control which in turn creates more control and inner peace.

@Josh Fraser I wish I understood that soon but I am so excited that I understand it now! Time for big things!!
🚀 What Are Your Goals for 2025?
We’re just past the two-week mark of the new year. Did you know that research shows that two-thirds of people abandon their New Year’s resolutions by the end of January? Many others give up by mid-February. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to be part of that statistic! Staying aligned with your visionand goals starts with intention and accountability. To help you stay on track, I’ve shared my Vision Board Planning Session in the Happy Healthy Human Fundamentals section. You can watch the full session here: Vision Board Session. I’ve also attached my completed Vision Board for 2025 as an example. 💡

That is an awesome list of goals!! Mine is more basic and generalized for now! 1. Do the little things that will push me towards being a happier, healthier human. 2. Continue my search for a career outside of the construction industry. 3. Become debt free by 2026. Cheers to a happy and healthy 2025 for everyone!

@Josh Fraser Eating healthier and doing more cardio outside of sports. I would love to be able to afford to play more sports as well like golf or summer hockey. Being kinder to myself mentally and actively trying to have a more positive outlook. Less screen time. No screens for an hour before bed and reading more. Doing my daily stretches and further strengthening my core to combat my back injury. Taking my son out to do as many fun activities and experiences as possible.
