Hey I am looking through my youtube and most of my shorts get 3-500 views nicely. but some have got 1.6k etc. do I look at the ones with the higher views and make a longer 5min version in long format to get my watch time and views up but also get people interacting more? what do you think?

I have been doing YouTube on an off for a while and been making my Own (non AI) thumbnails and yes AI can make them well but just not a fan of AI things need a personal branding I thinks. Anyway what do you think of this? I think it’s simple, not too crowded and shows a sample of what’s inside. Very personal and professional maybe? Thank you to all who reads this
