congratulations @Belle Gayer !
doing more doesn't always mean getting more done.
a lot of us fall into the trap of thinking we need to do more. - more posts. - more calls. - more content. - more hours. - more tasks. but the real question is: are you doing the right things? not every activity has the same return. there might be 10 things you could spend your time on, but maybe 1 of them actually moves you forward significantly. that’s the one you should be focusing on. the goal isn't to fill your day with activity. it's to figure out: "what is the one thing I can do consistently that gives me the biggest return on my time and effort?" find that → focus on it → get good at it → repeat. you don't necessarily need to work harder. you need to get better at identifying what actually matters. more activity ≠ more progress. better activity = better results. what are your thoughts on this?

@Truc Long Vo tran i think sometimes when i'm working as well i get thoughts in my head something they might be important and related to the project that i'm working on I just add it to a google doc and save it so that I can go through that idea again after i've completed my work and this keeps me focused on the current task without having any distractions
I feel insecure when speaking to people. What should I do?
Sometimes I know exactly what I want to say in my head, but the moment I’m actually talking to someone, I start overthinking everything. “Did I sound weird?” “Was that a stupid thing to say?” “Do they think I’m awkward?” And the more I think about it, the harder it becomes to speak naturally. I think the biggest thing I’m trying to work on is stopping myself from trying to sound perfect. Communication isn’t about having the perfect words. It’s about being present, listening, and being comfortable with making small mistakes. If you’ve struggled with feeling insecure while talking to people, what helped you become more confident? 👇
