The N8N is life, it can be scaled up without being unfeasible to operate.
How to Build an AI Call Center That Does EVERYTHING For You (free n8n template)
Hey all, I just built a complete AI call center that can handle any process - customer support, sales calls, lead qualification, appointment booking, order status checks, refunds, and even creates support tickets. In this video, I walk you through exactly how to build this using Ultravox, N8N, and Twilio. This system can be customized for any industry - real estate, e-commerce, coaching, law firms, you name it. It's saving businesses hundreds of thousands of dollars while driving massive revenue increases. You can get the free template and all the prompts in the classroom! Go check it out here - https://youtu.be/medCBnEV50I Drop a comment and let me know what industry you'd use this for and what you thought about the video!

There are brokers who do this work for you, here in Brazil we have one that does all this without bureaucracy, it's https://notificamehub.com.br/ .
The use of Zep to build AI agents to develop human-like memory.
Zep's architecture allows AI agents to develop human-like memory through an innovative approach based on temporal knowledge graphs. @Nick Puruczky even has a video explaining how it works. It's well worth watching to implement it in your agents. Unlike traditional vector databases that store information as independent blocks, Zep organizes data in a way that mimics human memory systems, distinguishing between episodic memory (specific events) and semantic memory (general knowledge and associations between concepts).

Hello everyone! It's a pleasure to be here in the community, I've always liked communities because it's a place to learn and accumulate knowledge. I also hope to help my colleagues.
