Yeah, I’ve run ads on both Facebook and Google. In my experience, Google gets better results when it comes to actual jobs—people searching there usually know what they want and are ready to hire. Facebook and Instagram are more about attention and local awareness. It’s harder to convince someone to start a new project while they’re just scrolling, but it’s still useful if you use it right—like building followers, engagement, and presence in your area. The best setup is this: someone searches for a contractor, sees your name on Google, checks your reviews, then goes to your socials to see if you’re legit. A strong online presence builds trust and can tip the scale in your favor. This has helped us stand out a lot from other contractors in the area. We’re the youngest team around, but it feels like homeowners really trust us more than most—and I think that strong online presence plays a big part in that.
